SALTFORD HASLER RACE (formally Chippenham) - SUNDAY 5th MAY 2024
This race was intended to be run at Chippenham as previous years. Unfortunately CSCC have not been able to complete the rebuilding of their landing stage. We were going to have to make the difficult decision to cancel the race, but Canoe Avon have come to the rescue and offered the use of the Saltford Venue. I'd like to thank Vicky, Emma and Steve for helping to make this happen.
Venue
Saltford Rowing Centre, Bath Road, Saltford, Bristol BS31 3JS (home of Canoe Avon)
Check in, refreshments, results and prize giving will take place at the Canoe Club
Parking
The normal parking field is partially cordoned off for a snake survey, so we will have to use space around the rowing club. Please try to minimise the number of cars coming to the race, where possible car share. Marshall's will be helping to ensure people park in safe spot, there will be Marshall's at each end of the tunnel under the railway line.
